Methodology

All benchmarks follow a strict protocol to ensure reproducibility and fairness:

  1. Clean baseline: Fresh Windows 11 install with only the game + necessary drivers. No other optimizers or background apps running.
  2. 3 consecutive runs: Each game is benchmarked 3 times in a row. The median FPS, frametime, and CPU usage are recorded — not the best run.
  3. Same hardware: All tests use the identical hardware configuration listed above. No overclocking.
  4. vexTweaks applied: The “After” results reflect the default vexTweaks optimization profile — no custom tweaking. This is what every user gets out of the box.
  5. Emulator games: PUBG Mobile and Free Fire are tested via the GameLoop emulator. Performance gains in emulated titles may vary more than native games.

Results may vary depending on your hardware, Windows version, background processes, and game updates. We update these benchmarks with every major vexTweaks release.
